reg citizens advise service

hi
does any one know how i can speak to a person at citizens advise reg esa support group migration to uc
as i just want to ask some questions about this and have a chat and then find out how i can set up a day and time for citizens advise to help me do my uc claim
yet the number reg this is just an automated voice mail about giving them some details first yet i dont want to claim uc right at this moment this week i just want to speak to a person and get advise and to set up a day and time citizens advise can help me with the uc claim in two weeks time .As im sure there must be a lot of people needing citizens advise help so im trying to find out how i can book in advance

Yet I’m not making a uc claim right at this moment I just want to speak to a person and ask some questions and book in with them for an appointment for a later date for them to help me claim uc
