  			 				Hi Bud

If you are the carer for H, then you do not need to be looking for work.

I just had to confirm my ID on the phone, & I mentioned the sick note. They said that I didn’t need one as I’m not expected to look for work. Yet my journal tells me different. I said I didn’t know this & why wasn’t I expected to look for work. They said because I get PIP & I am a carer, i get PIP but I don’t get CA. So now I’m even more confused. Anyone shed any light on this please?

  			 				Hi Bud

They sometimes make mistakes. If you are a carer, you don't have to look for work. You can be a carer and not get carers allowance.
