UC Senior manager contact details

I don't know if this helps you, but when I've had to complain to a senior manager in relation to UC, whether it is appointments, payments, etc - I've always been told to go into my journal, and send a message about a payment, and it goes straight to a manager, but in a different area - it's something to do with not being allowed to have a manager living in your own area, due to possible abuse, trouble etc. I live in the North East, and my Manager is based in Wrexham! You could find this is similar where you are. I was told this after having months of being ignored when sending messages, that basically the staff weren't getting them at my local JC.
