Hi , UC review for disabled son after only 1 year of UC .Home visit 2024 after migration from Esa to UC and moved area.
Son is verbal but struggles with speech, autistic
Enhanced rates pip care/mobility .Advocate has dwp to act .Advocate also disabled M.E , BPD , anxiety. ZTelephone assessment very difficult for me .
Have requested reasonable adjustments for a review for my son that I have to do.
Asked for paper review , Request granted a few days later refused again .
What are rights ?
