I've tried to challenge the review via telephone using reasonable adjustments as im also disabled but my sons advocate.
I understand that it needs to be completed and I'm happy to comply but I asked for a paper review .
This has been ignored firstly, then granted and again, and again refused in a week by a team leader.
Ive been told I need to do this via telephone .
The dwp don't seem to be recognising there own policies to not disadvantage is and make reasonable adjustments.

I get muddled in telephone calls because of meds forget things get angry , anxious, can't think straight because its emotional .I do not want to mess up his claim its life essential for us.Any advice please .

Hi battyboo

Are you your sons Appointee or just an unofficial advocate ?

Hi Battyboo

As an Appointee then you don't have to accept a Claimant Commitment on behalf of your son. He is exempt.
