Thank you David but I think I’ve confused things and I still don’t know the answer to my question

Thank you. I just wanted to check I don’t need to report to ESA that I’ve become an appointee for my daughter. So my own ESA claim doesn’t need updating, correct?

Hi Chrystal

It doesn't make any difference to your ESA payments whether you are an Appointee or not. You have not done anything wrong so relax and stop worrying.
