PIP Review - 2 questions was created by autistic-gremlin
Hi all,
I am going to have my PIP reviewed this year. I was awarded only after tribunal the first time but I know now I did not provide enough evidence when I first applied.
I have two questions please.
1. Is it advisable to include the report from my tribunal detailing the award and where I scored points when I get my review form?
2. I was awarded ESA in the period since my original award. I was placed in the support group - is this useful evidence and should I include it?
I appreciate any response.
Thanks,

Nothing on this board constitutes legal advice - always consult a professional about specific problems

Hi autistic-gremlin,
Yes to both questions!
You can state on any review (if this is correct) that initially you didn't answer the questions correctly and therefore didn't specify about X health problem, but you have had this for many years and explained this in the tribunal which they took into account.
I hope this helps.
