Incapacity medical

Hi
After months of waiting,I have my Incapacity benefit medical tomorrow Monday,I have in the past been through one tribrunal and i do not want to do another.
I have (three weeks ago) been awarded industrial injuries benefit with 14% disablblement.
I also have 2% disablement industial injuries for my hands,I have two abnormal ECG's from past hostital visits.
This is the only evidence of my illness,my question is ,Should I take these along to the medical and show them to the doctor.
