Hi,
I just wonder if any of you good people could help me with a question.
I have a tribunal against my former employer for unfair dismissal and disability discrimination.
If I win my case and get compensation will I have to pay back my ESA as under the old system IB would not have to pay it back?

Hi,

We don't cover employment issues on the forum and Holiday isn't around to ask at the moment. But at a guess - and it is only a guess - it's more likley that your benefits award will be taken into account when assessing any compensation for loss of income.
