  			 				Hi

I know there aren't many qualified advisers on here at the moment, due to illness, so please don't wait for them to reply before you act.

You need to establish why your benefit has been stopped. If you are not able to find this out yourself (by phoning again / talking to someone at the job centre) then I suggest you get help.

Go to your CAB / welfare benefits advice service as soon as you can. Consider going to your MP and asking them to help you.

The quicker you act, the quicker your money problems will start to be dealt with. The job centre / CAB should be able to advise you on crisis loans in the meantime.

I hope this advice helps.

I phoned them again and they said they are sending out a ESA3 form? lady said it might be about my partner, but i have always told them i live with him and he is my full time carer, i used to get £90 a week but the lady said they are sending a giro out for £103 a week? i have just been awarded DLA, so im guessing the extra money is from that?

Nothing on this board constitutes legal advice - always consult a professional about specific problems

  			 				Hi Katie,

As Ginge says, you do need to try to get advice. You need to find out exactly what has happened - what payments are being made, which have been stopped and which have changed and then challenge any decision you think is wrong.

An advice agency or MPs office are good places to go to get someone to help you get the information and decide what to do about it.

Good luck,

Steve
