I've just won my tribunal and was awarded 24 points. The ATOS medical was scored with zero points. It shows how irrevelant the medical report was. Can I ask for this medical to be destroyed by DWP and by all other bodies that have a copy to ensure it is not used in the future?

Congratulations on winning your appeal.

You could try asking the DWP to alter or ammend the medical report on the grounds that it is inaccurate data, but other people have tried and as far as I know have not succeeded.
