I had a medical for incapacity benefit on 23rd march,I have just had a letter to say that I have failed it with only 5 points.I tried to give the man three pieces of evidence at the start, but he would not take them from me.
At the medical the Doctor asked me why I had put all of these illneses and conditions on the form,I said that this was all of the things that was wrong with me. He then said of them all which were the worst two,I told him heart condition and depresion.
He did not mension Viberation white finger,
Hearing loss, tinitus. I get industial injuries benefit for miners knee ,but no poinst have been awarded for this.
I intend to appeal against this decision,
Can somone please tell me what I should do next, what letters ect do i need back fron the DWP.Any info will be very helpfull to me .
Thank you very much David.
