Have had a letter from tax credits deparment saying that when I re new my claim I can ring a different number and they will call me back and offer more help in doing the renewal
never had that before and the claim is not a complex one has anyone come across this before ?
I like the call back as the number being 0845 and being with Virgin thats charged at 10p per min even for local call
