You say in your summary, that this is one of the only descriptors that has improved on the recent propsals .When studying it it says that if someone loses control once a month existing legistlation scored 15 points yet the new proposals, as i read it cuts this down to once a week for 15 points, and only 9 points for once a month.How can this be an improvement.Please can you look at this and clarify how many points are scored for each period. thankyou.
