DLA Renewal

Hello, Both my rheummy consultant and my doctor have stated that it is best if my partner fills out the part (page 36) on how my disability affects me. Is this the norm because last time my rheummy nurse filled it out for me.

Hi,

That page is very commonly filled out by a claimant's partner. But if you can also get evidence from your specialist nurse that would be very valuable. You could alsways photocopy that page and ask them to fill it out.

Thanks for the advice Steve, my consultant has stated that when its completed she will add her comments. I think that is very strange
