cheers jim. im new to this forum and i plan to fight losing my low rate mobility to the death. i do work 30 hours a week and though im not capable of much i am capable of answering a phone. id value you opinion as to whether you think i should get dla ( i did 2 yrs ago - won at tribunal). i have several medical conditions. i had always worked till i got made redundant over 2 yrs ago. i was then on incapacity benefit for 10 months till i got a job. staying in the house all day was literally driving me mad.

dont want to rabbit on

Hi Angel,

I'm afraid that moderators are not allowed to give advice on individual claims.

See Frequently Asked Questions

In any event, no qualified Welfare Rights Officer could possibly give an opinion on whether a claimant would qualify for DLA unless they'd interviewed the claimant and had access to their case papers.

Sorry that I cannot be of more help.

Best wishes.

Jim
