DLA - NO CHANGE

I was told by DLA to write across all sections (getting around outdoors) NO CHANGE.
This we did and after filling in the care section we sent off the form.
In June 2009 my wife received a new award for DLA. This time both MOBILITY and CARE components were awarded INDEFINITLEY. (great news).
I`ve no idear when my wife will receive the next renewal pack, but a question is bugging me.
Because my wife is now in receipt of DLA indefinitely (both components) can I again write NO CHANGE but this time across ALL sections.
What (if any) would be the implications of this? Would it be legal to do so? Would it cause problems for my wifes claim?. I don`t know if anybody else has been through this or similar , but any advise would be welcome.
I was also told this same thing many years ago by a law centre. I remember the lady saying that if you write (NO CHANGE) DLA are obliged to look at your previous claim pack. Something I believe they do not normally do. Is this true?. And yes my wifes condition has not changed she requires the same amount of care and support as she did in 2009 and before. Both in and outdoors.
Thanks for any answers and advice, jack.

Way back in February-2009 my wife received the renewal pack for DLA. At the time she was in receipt of DLA at rates- HRC from and to fixed dates ie from 2005 to Aug 2009. And - LRM also from 2005 but the LRM had been awarded indefinitely. I phoned DLA and asked whether we needed to re-apply for both awards considering my wife was in receipt of an indefinite award for mobility.

There will be no further renewals as such for your wife, as she has been awarded DLA indefinitely.
There may be a small chance however that she could be selected by the Right Payment Programme, but the possibility of selection stands at about 1%. In the circumstances, I think it is a case of crossing the bridge if, and when, she ever gets to it?

Understood and thanks crazy. just a bit worried with all thats going on at the moment. Read a few articles about the right payment program, seems chances are low, but still a possibility. Are there any examples on the website of the form DLA send out regarding RPP.
Thankyou, jack.
As far as I am aware, there are no examples currently available online of the form issued for a review under the RPP.
