Have I done the wrong thing??

I emailed a copy of the first 4 pages of my appeal that I have prepared for my defense to the Exportability Team a while ago, but of course not with all the pages of attachments.

Now I am thinking that they could use this against me, in relation to submitting their defence.

Do you think this will cause a problem for me.

If you are going to do a written submission then you are expected to provide it in advance, so the other side will see it at some point in any case.
