New IB 50 01/10 incapacity for work questionnaire. was created by lannan
I’m confused about the new IB 50 01/10 incapacity for work questionnaire. The section regarding, anxiety, depression learning disabilities and other mental health problems consists of the below questions,
In the box below, tell us about
Problems with your nerves or
Problems with any other mental health conditions
Problems with normal day-today activities because of your learning disability or mental health condition
Problems you have dealing with other people
The type of treatment you get.
The box itself takes up less up 25% of the page.
And that's it!

Hi iannan, All details about Incapacity Benefit are in the members section alongwith the points system. Also you dont have to try and fit your answers in the boxes, Use seperate sheets of paper put your name date and nat ins number on each one and keep copies. Best Wishes

Hi,
I wasn't aware that there was a new IB50. The last one I saw was ESA/IB 50.
If there's not enough space on the form, then you can add further pages so long as you put your name and N.I. number on any additional pages.
The number of points which can be given can be found on this excellent law centre website
HERE
Hope this helps.
Good luck.
Jim

Hi,
Well that's quite possible ; many claimants are sent out IB50's in error, since Atos started sending them out instead of the DWP's Jobcentre Plus offices.
Best wishes.
