You don't need a representive with you at your appeal if you feel that you don't need one; if you do then this can be a friend or a family member who can offer support if required.

You may wish to acquaint yourself with the guide pertaining to ESA Appeals in the Members Section viz. 'Employment and Support Allowance Appeals' as this will afford you the best opportunity as what to expect at these procedures.

Nothing on this board constitutes legal advice - always consult a professional about specific problems

Thanks for the advice, i have been reading the appeals section. I feel much better with the support from this site. I do feel a bit lost with my cab advice contact off sick.
I have my doctor's full support for limited work and to stay on the ESA

Hi gareth so you think if i really study the employment support allowance appeals i can find evidence to support my claim at the tribunal in August.
Still have not heard from my cab advisor off sick i feel my own representation might not be good enough.
Tony
