DLA Short Form Renewal Success

Followed your advice to not just answer the 4 Page short form questions for renewal of DLA. Attached a copy of all Specialist Health Depts and Consultants letters and provided GP Medical Record copies since first award over 1 year ago, plus re-read as advised the original large application form and answered all those questions again in my supporting information stressing areas that they not taken into account upon first application and clearly identified areas that have worsened and changed since first applying. I re-requested a review of Middle Care Component to Highest Rate - and I got it!!!!!! : I asked for longer than a year - and got 3 years so can now look at getting a modified vehicle to help me be able to get out at last I would never have understood how to get my point across about my disabilities without B&W's good advice. Thank you soooo much Also used the same information to get through to other departments and now social services taking my plight seriously so 2.5 years of struggling may get a bit better now thanks to B&W
