IB decision reconsidered. Success

Hi My Incapacity Benefit was stopped at the end of May. So I appealed the decision. I excpected to go to tribunal. But the looked the decision again and re instated my IB. I am shocked. I thought I would share the news. Thanks for all your help and what you do over here.

From them getting the request for appeal to them sending you a letter that they have reconsidered and awarded?

Thanks - i am just trying to get an idea of time scales - we have GL24 in and received a letter to say they will look at it again.

It took 5 weeks from sending the appeal to reciving the reconsidered verdict.
