Is the continuing receipt of mobility allowance dependent upon being in the UK, or is it transferrable to an EU/EEC country? URGENT!

If I understand it correctly you can export the Care component but not the Mobility. But it may be wise to seek confirmation from the CAB or your Welfare Rights Office at your council.
