you are entitled to request to be interviewed in a private office.Also all cs offices should have disabled loos (historic buildings may not)I have a problem with chairs at the JC---they are too low ,without arms or of the folding variety which are too unstable for me---if the Jc is going to see all these ESA claimants then they should have the necessary facilities! witches3
