Question 23 of dla form

Question 23 of the dla asks if you have physical problems that restrict you from walking and if you answer no then you go to question 31.Would someone with a mental illness have to describe thier difficuties in the extra infomation section because those questions apply really to someone who has a phsycal condition.

Wold do no harm to make the point in the "physical" section that the mental disability has a detrimental impact on the physical ability.
