Tribunal Service is making mistakes

Just take all the photo copies of your evidence to the Tribunal when the time comes.I take it you have all the copies?

It's not that simple. Pages are missing from the main evidence bundle. None of us know what they are. The case will be ajourned ( point of law ) until it can be established what the missing papers are.

99% of the evidence is there, I just have a few more pages worth adding. But until the missing pages are found, nothing can proceed.

When I had my medical I only scored 5 points

At the tribunal I got 16 points

They have to back pay me from Febuary
