hi all got a date for my triburnal
it says enclosed a notice made by the tribunal judge
it is inportant that you read it
the notice will tell you what has to be done for your appeal to go forward

what does mean no leeter judt that

got a seperate letter giving me date and time confused and worried

Do you mean that the judge's notice wasn't enclosed?

I'd say phone them to ask for a copy and write to them recorded delivery as well saying you haven't got it.

Don't panic about the notice, though, just make sure you get a copy of it so you can find out what it says and do what the judge wants you to do.

hi yes got someone else papers so they got mine and lots of personal stuff that only me and they drs know even some of my family dont know i have mh health promlems and this has added so so much to my worries triburnal one thing and now someone knows my promlem told my rep he is furios hope he tells the judge how many mistakes have been made

If somebody has received your appeal papers they will probably be in the same boat as you, worried where their papers have been sent.

Hopefully they will return the papers immediately without reading them.
