Hi everyone,
I have now got my bundle and tribunal form.
I have read the guide. It says you can decide not to to go to the tribunal at any time.
as i find the thoght of the tribunal daunting.
Can you at anytime before the tribnal date decide not to go?
thanks

Do try and go. Make it clear in advance it is daunting for you, stressful and tiring but your entitlement is worth pursuing. Your anxiety and apprehension is natural and truly understandable.
