let us suppose i fail my medical and wish to appeal, what do i actually 'do'. because i am stuck in a wheelchair and cannot travel, and live in the depths of the country side, i need to know where appeals are heard.

is there some standard advice for appeals somewhere on the benefits and work site?

I vhawk

You can find detailed information about the appeal process in the appeal guides in the members' area.

It is possible in certain circumstances to have a hearing at home, though you have to apply for it and probably require confimation from your GP.
