IMO you could well win this if you go to tribual but as you say in your post she can travel on public transport with a carer

its going to be a close call the test results you have reported are good news in way she has done well to come on many dont

I would like to post a huge thank you because we won the tribunal. The information on this site was, yet again, invaluable. Tribunals are nerve-wracking, time consuming and energy draining. But my daughter now receives what she is entitled to. Thank you!

Glad to hear of your daughters successful appeal which I understand my husband Jim (Jima1) gave you advice on.

Regretfully, Jim's not too well today, so has stayed in bed.

However, thank you for returning to tell us of your daughters successful appeal, it really does give encouragement to those in similar circumstances.

I am so sorry Jim is not very well give him a great big hug and i hope he is feeling better soon. This damp weather really doesnt help much!!
