You wouldn't get it simply on the basis of having a stoma, but if it leads to extra care needs, then it may be a factor in getting DLA. Some people with a stoma find that everything works as it should and they just get on with their lives and others find they have all sorts of problems with leakage etc. and they may have extra care needs arising from that.
As always, it's not the diagnosis that gets you DLA, but its impact on you.
