Hi all, I got my ESA tribunal date of Feb 2011. Although I was told would be May 2011 before I would hear anything. Is there any raeson for that? What evidence should I gather ? Should i pass it on tto my advisor or post it myself ?
There's lots of information about ESA appeals in the members area. If your hearing is early i think that just means they've got through cases more quickly than they expected.
It would certainly be worth letting your advisor see any evidence before you submit it.
