Hi Jim
I think you should open a section in 'spotlight' for useful links like this.

Just a thought.

Hi Maidek,

Unfortunately, we've found that the majority of members rarely read the 'Spotlights' area of the forum.

For example, a recent thread posted in Spotlights advising what the Discussion Forum is for, was posted both in Spotlights and in the Benefits Discussion Forum.

Only 27 members read it in Spotlights, whilst 724 read it in the forum during the same period. ?

We have a 'Moderators Only forum' which members can't see where we discuss how we can improve the site for members.

However, with the Welfare Reform Bill, and answering queries, we're just too busy.

Perhaps if I put up a new Spotlight called Free Guides, members would read that. I'll give it some thought.

Thanks for the feedback, we're always happy to listen to what members have to say, be it good or bad.

Kind regards :)

Jim

I would imagine most people do the same as me and just click on show the latest posts as the forum is fairly quick moving.

It might help if you have a permanent link saying important please read just beside the Advance Search Button.
