There is no much info on cyclotymia out there or rapid cycling; there is a book on amazon called cycloythmia work book, that is really good.

I think you need to be very wary of diagnosing yourself. I'm not saying don't do it, but do see a doctor as well. We don't see the whole of you here. Ultradian cycling can happen with any mood disorder.

He is dead on the money there, sometimes anti depressants can actually make your moods cycle more rapdily espcially if you are on tri cyclic anti depressants. Check with your doctor all your symptoms, I went through 8 years of hell before this was diagnosed and it is difficult to diagnose. I wish you luck, and am thinking of you Jasmine x
