I have heard they know base you ability to walk based on the use of a wheel chair also.
does anybody know the date this is effective from, i had a descion from esa today claiming i can walk over 200 meters im just wondering if they could have used the virtual wheel chair when making this decsion.
also regarding the use of a wheel chair, what about if you have pain and difficulting getting in and out of a wheel chair and can not sit for long without pain? would this be classed as unable to walk?
The Bill is being discussed in Parliament right now and is due to be introduced on the 28/03/11. It's still possible for the Bill to be amended or delayed.
If it remains unchanged it will be a question of whether you can walk or use a wheelchair.
