ESA was created by linda connon
My daughter has just been assessed for ESA and she's been put in the support group but so far she hasn't been called for a medical. Should I still expect them to call her or is that the decision based on filling in the form?

It is possible to be put into the Support Group if there is clear evidence that the person meets the criteria.

She certainly would not have been told she was to be placed in the group if there was a medical oustanding, so you should all be able to breathe easy.

She definitely meets the criteria without a doubt. I was more worried about how distressing it would be for her if she had to go for the medical but hopefully they have enough information now and that won't happen. Thanks for the reply Gordon.
