Well its now a week since the last hearting and I have not heard anything in relation to a new hearting date or in fact a decision notice of adjurnment. I will wait until monday to see if anything is received.

Still waiting for another hearing date and not even had the adjournment notice. Indcation that it may need a further 3 days hearting!!!!

Funally received new hearing date for my part heard case: 4th June!!!

Hi ron, hope all goes well and that justice is seen to be done. You deserve it after what you have been through, i hope also you can get something through the civil justice system. I do hope you explore all avenues open to you. Good Luck and best wishes.
