Advice regards Atos please

When I filled in the ESA50 with my CPN, we clearly stated on the form to contact my CPN to arrange an assessment as she is attending with me, plus I have issues with answering the phone which was also made clear.
Atos phoned me about 2 weeks ago, I googled the number to find it was Atos. Today I've received a letter from them with appointment, plus the bus route, which was clearly evident in my ESA50 I can't use public transport ! They have not contacted my CPN at all. This in my view is totally out of order. Where do I stand on this ? Any advice would be much appreciated. Thanks.

Apologies as this is not a benefit question.

Did you make your requests as "Reasonable Adjustments" under The Equality Act 2010", if not I would contact them and make it clear that you are.
Did you also request a home assessment?.
cheers

ATOS and the DWP have a duty of confidentiality for you which means that they should only talk to you or your legal representative, as such, I would have been very surprised and worried if they had contacted your CPN to arrange this appointment.Apologies as this is not a benefit question.

I'm afraid the responsibility lies with you to co-ordinate yours and your CPNs diaries with regard to this appointment.

Where can I get info about "reasonable adjustments". No, I did not request a home visit. Just asked them to contact my CPN. My CPN has just told me to write to them to get my point across and to refer to the ESA50 again She said she will not phone them.
