When one is feeling vulnerable, sick,depressed and out on a limb, and is looking for a friendly piece of advice, I'm not sure that a question should be answered so abruptly, this is a forum for advice, and I agree that perhaps a search first before the question is a good idea, but we're not all perfect, and sometimes just need a friendly nudge, so please moderators, have a heart, I know it's hard and frustrating, but so are the lives we have to lead.
I felt so sorry for Jackie reading that response, it would have brought tears to me if I had asked that question.

Whilst I agree a more considered answer could have been given, we are not Welfare Rights Officers and therefore are limited to giving general advice and not specific advice.

I apologise if any offence or upset was caused to the OP or other members by my response.

arh thanks lyn for that.i was feeling upset but ok now.i got carried away asking too many questions.but i really thought that we could.This site has helped me alot and i keep having all these questions come up in my mind.i shall be more carefull what i ask next time.in fact dont think i need to ask anymore thanks to everyone else and the mods too for answering my questions jackie
