ESA 50 was created by trixie
I would like some advice please. I have to complete the above form for the second time this year and was wondering, if am called for a medical again, does the medical practitioner have access to the current and any previous esa 50s I have completed?
The reason that I am asking this is at the last medical the nurse didn't seem to be aware of my illnesses. I did pass that medical but only just, with the minimum points. Also it was done under the old sea rules. When I read the copy of her report
Amongst other things she said I could walk 200 metres which is untrue!
Also can they refer to my Dla fille, or will I need to tell them about that to give more weight to my claim?
Thanks in anticipation.

Nothing on this board constitutes legal advice - always consult a professional about specific problems

Whether you are called for a medical will depend on the content of your ESA50 and any supporting evidence you provide.
If a medical is held, then the ATOS "doctor" will have your ESA50 and any evidence attached to it. They will not be sent your previous ESA50 or any reports related to ther benefits.
The DWP Decision Maker, will have access to your previous ESA50 and possibly your DLA reports, but may not give any weight to them due to their age and relevance, Decisions tend to be made using current information regarding your disabilities.
Hope this explains it.
