ESA85 etc was created by mumsgirl
Despite requesting ESA85, ESA65, ESA85s, ESA113 4 times I have this morning just received ESA85 (but only one part of it, the decision makers scoresheet isn't there). And they didn't send a copy of the supporting letter my Gp sent.
Firstly, will there definately be a ESA65/85a/113?
Secondly, and most annoying there appears to be no prognosis on the ESA85 - is it possible to get one from them, instead of having to worry all the time that a reassessment is due anytime.
I also can't see how many points i've scored? I've been put into the Support Group but i'm not sure why or maybe it was exceptional circumstances?
It says "She fulfils the criteria for inclusion in the personal action support group. She would not be able to reliably initiate or complete 2 sequential actions, based on overall assessment, and all the information available at interview today. The ESA50, medical evidence, history and examination indicates that the client is unlikely to return to work and undertake work related activity in the longer term. The 11 has been reviewed in completing this report".

I forgot to say that on the front it says "Restricted -Medical", which it didn't say on my last ESA85.

From your post you have been put in the Support Group because you met the criteria for;
With regard to the missing reports, there should be an ESA65, however, I doubt it will tell you any more than you have already discovered.
There may be an ESA113, you can contact your GP to see if they completed one.
The ESA85S appears to only be produced when you have not qualified for ESA, so there shouldn't be one.
Hope this explains everything.

Again from your post11. Initiating and completing personal action (which means planning, organisation, problem solving, prioritising or switching tasks).
Cannot, due to impaired mental function, reliably initiate or complete at least 2 equential personal actions.
So whilst there is no specific date, you should not expect to be re-assessed soon.the client is unlikely to return to work and undertake work related activity in the longer term
