I am sorry again, but you are asking something we cannot answer as we cannot speak for, or second guess any decisions made by the DWP.
Without knowing your case, having access to case papers etc, we cannot really answer anything further than we already have, else we risk potentially giving incorrect or at best ambiguous information.
As has been indicated earlier in this thread by Crazy Diamond, you ideally need to consult with a Welfare Rights Agency who can go through all the case papers with you and establish the facts in relation to your claim. If you follow the link in Crazy Diamond's earlier posting, it gives details of advice agencies who will be able to help and advise you after going through your case papers etc.
