waiting for the first phone call (ib-esa)

Hi. I feel so stressed about this. I know that this initial phone call is just more or less a repeat of the letter but I'm still really anxious about it.

I think they tried to call me earlier today but I didn't answer. Now I'm waiting to see if they phone back and thinking I should just pick it up and get it over with but it's a horrible time waiting. (my problems are mainly mental health including anxiety as you might have guessed )

Don't feel pressured into answering the phone, if your not up to it.

The process will proceed whether you take the call or not.

I would say though, that if you don't receive your ESA50 through the post within the next 2 to 3 weeks, that you should then contact them, to make sure it has not gone astray.
