tribunal hearing cancelled

after waiting for nine months for my hearing, I recieved a letter today saying that it had been cancelled due to an admin error. In the letter it states that they will contact me with a new date as soon as poss. I can't tell you how much this is affecting me only that it is like torture. I just want the whole thing to go away.

Sorry to hear this, it seems to be happening a lot these days, with some B&W members arriving at a hearing only to be told it was cancelled. You could of course make a complaint, should you feel it appropriate.

Lets hope you get a new hearing date soon.
