I'd just like to draw members attention to the new thread in the 'Spotlights' area of the forum, written by one of moderators Gordon.
The thread deals with frequently asked questions on IB/ESA and resultant appeals. Obviously, Gordon has put a lot of time and effort into compiling this new FAQ and I hope that in appropriate circumstances, members will read this thread which should lead to less queries on this topic in the future.
