ESA65?

Can anyone advise me on a problem I am having with JCP.
Having been placed in the WR group when migrated from IB, I have appealed the decision and my case has been sent on to the tribunal service.
I have repeatedly written, 3 letters so far and made several phone calls to JCP requesting copies of of the statement of reasons, ESA 85A and ESA65 and all medical reports held whilst I have been on IB benefit. To date I have received an ESA85A and that is all. They acknowledged my first letter which was sent with my appeal form, saying the paperwork I was requesting was being held in Derby and not Lincoln which is where my recent paperwork is held. Lincoln office in their letter to me said they would contact the Derby office and request same. To date I have received nothing further.
Each time I have telephoned JCP, I am told I need to speak to the migration team from IB to ESA. They then put me through to this team who it happens are based in North Wales. I am not allowed a telephone number apparently as you can only speak to them via another office number? This team will also not give you a surname of any member of staff you speak to...... Data protection I am told!
This migration team all seem to sing from a different hymn sheet. Firstly I was told that everyone migrated is automatically placed in the WR group?? I told this member of staff this was not the case. Having tried to make some sense of what she was saying I eventually gave up. I rang again in the hope of speaking to someone else who was more clued up. This time I was told that they had no idea where my past medical reports etc would be, "some office somewhere" and they would TRY to find them. I asked about the ESA 65 which I believe is the form which indicates how many points are scored and for which descriptor? I was told that this form would not be completed as I didn't have a medical with ATOS this time round. It was done via scrutiny, can anyone advise me if this is correct?
I really do feel that they just hope one will get so fed up and frustrated and just give up.
Many thanks
A near bald Margaret.

Looks like a SAR will be sent off from me then!
Can you confirm whether a ESA65 would be completed baring in mind I did not have a medical and was placed directly into the WR goup from IB.
Could they make it any more difficult I ask myself. I have to say I did tell them yesterday that I believed they were being very obstructive.

Hi P,
There should be a Written Statement of Reasons, as to why you were put into the WRAG.
If you are to make a SAR, it may be wise to request "all documentation" used in connection with your WRAG award. This could include an ESA113 that your G.P. may have filled in as well.
