Hi l321,
It is not the medical condition that makes it more or less likely that a claimant will receive an award of DLA.
It is the claimants limitations/disabilities/needs, as a result of the medical condition that must fulfill the DLA qualifying criteria.
A claimant must have suffered from said limitations/disabilities/needs, for 3 months prior to the claim and be expected to suffer for at least another 6 months after the claim.
