New Tribunal Date

Got my new tribunal date in December can not wait till it's all over - since my medical 9 mths ago and due to my ongoing illnss i am now having more treatment on my shoulders - (operation 4th time now)my arthritis in my hands has got alot worse and i now have to use a walking frame aswell as my stick.
All this was discussed at my medical 9mths ago,about my shoulders,lower lumbar and my hands, but was ignored.
i hope the tribunal does not think this is all new and dismiss it.

i will let you know the outcome and many thanks for the replys and information i have received on this site.

I may have misunderstood you but you say that your condition has got worse since the medical but it was discussed at the medical.

The tribunal will have to look at your situation at the date of the DWP decision so I'm afraid that they can't take into consideration your arthritis getting worse since then. That's not to say that your conditions was not severe enough at the time of the decision.

sorry for the wait for reply - what i ment was my arthritis in my hands has got worse now, but i did explain to the nurse they were getting worse and that i have had several operations on my shoulders,and that i would proberly soon need another operation because of the pain.in the report the nurse sent in she stated that in her opinion i had given no reason for my pain and had over statted my condition ? - but i was right i now need another operation and my hands are worse now.
so i am hoping the tribunal will accept this as an old condition and not a new one.
my tribunial is in 4 wks i must say affter reading reports and the help from this site i am looking forward to it now with much more confidence Thanks All - Neil
