Thank you for your help one question though does anyone know of any draw back to not answering the phone in regards to the "we will phone you before sending the form" as I avoid the phone most of the time ...

Re the phone call issue, the whole process can be done via written correspondance. So if you don't feel up to answering the phone, don't. the phone calls are for their convenience, not yours, so don't feel badgered into talking to them over the phone. cheers bro58

This has been asked & a reply given many times fyi here is one of our mods replies, it related to the Support Group -
Re the phone call issue, the whole process can be done via written correspondance. So if you don't feel up to answering the phone, don't. the phone calls are for their convenience, not yours, so don't feel badgered into talking to them over the phone. cheers bro58
