Hi ya, I would do like the others have said and have extra copies of the form available. I had someone from CAB help me fill in my forms a few years back and was not happy with it, as she more or less just put a few word answers to lots of the questions so when I got home I added lots of additional information and was awarded Lrc and no mobility. The next time I did the forms myself with the help from this site and was awarded lrc and lrm, a few years on as my condition got worse, I again filled in the forms myself and was awarded lrc and hrm indefinately all with help from the members section.
Good luck!

Thank you so much! That's really helpful to know.
I would fill in the forms myself seeing as I've now had experience of one DLA form, two ESA's and two ESA tribunals (phew!) but in all those cases I needed Welfare Rights help because I had to appeal. I thought this organisation might be helpful if I had to go down that route, so I should meet with them. However, I think I'll try and keep the actual copy of my DLA Renewal form away from her if I can so I can write up the info myself...!
